Ultimate Transport123 touts themselves as “one of the top-rated transport companies.” They also advertise how they will “guarantee a fixed price” for transport of your vehicle. You pay a little more, but they say, “it’s worth the peace of mind.” NOTHING could be further from the truth! This company is nothing short of classic bait & switch scam! I was contacted by one of their agents, named Patrick who sold me on how “professional” and “customer oriented” his company was. He also made a BIG DEAL about how the “price quoted would be my FINAL PRICE no matter what.” He said, “this is what sets Ultimate Transport123 apart from every other transport company. He said how “all agents who work for this family-owned business take pride in being responsive to their customers throughout the entire process.” Again, complete LIES! Once this agent got my credit card and got me off the phone, it was the last I heard from him. I called and texted him at least six times trying to get status on my order. Crickets! No response. Nothing! It was like he vanished into thin air! I finally got through to this company’s “customer service” department and was able to inquire about my order. I was told, and I’m not making this up, “if you want to see your truck this week, we will have to charge you $50 more than what we quoted you.” REALLY?? I did not balk or complain because my moving company was about to arrive and start loading up my household and I needed my vehicle transported. So they knew I was desperate and they took advantage of me after they originally sold me on how their quote would be the “final guaranteed price.” SCAMMERS! I advise anyone reading this review to steer clear of Ultimate Transport123. Any other transport company will surely server you more honestly although, “honesty” in this industry I’ve come to find out is a four-letter word! Good luck! Update: Late at night – same day: Patrick, the agent who sold me on this company called me. Said that “my electronic signature on my ******** **** was not acceptable.” Wanted me to re-do it. So now that this guy needs something from ME, he’s suddenly available! Right! The carrier finally arrived around 9:15PM. Was supposed to arrive at 7PM. Got my truck on the carrier finally. So when I got home I went online to re-sign my contract as requested and come to find out that for some unknown reason, the total price dropped back down to the originally quoted amount. Then I tried to login into my Ultimate Transport123 truck tracking portal and this application simply did not work. I called customer services to find out why, (another 20 minute hold time) and they said, “we’ll report the problem to I.T. This company is in chaos. They don’t respond to their customer requests. They don’t share information so that every time you call you have to educate the person on the other end. This has been a very bad experience from the get go. Avoid this company if you value your sanity! 2nd Update: After telling Patrick at Ultimate Transport123 that my truck COULD NOT be delivery until Thursday, March 25th, what does his carrier do? He calls us at 6AM on the morning of Wednesday, March 24th and says, I’m delivering your truck this morning. Of course, we are OUT OF TOWN, which is WHY we told Patrick to NOT DELIVER our truck until the next day! And they call themselves a “customer service organization that LISTENS to what their customers’ need are! What JOKE! So we had to rush home from Pennsylvania to meet the carrier later that same day. IDIOTS! Steer clear of Ultimate Transport123 because once they got your credit card, they do whatever they want regardless of your instructions!

They were very dishonest and unethical in regard to me transporting a car I ordered a transport of a car hung up the phone got a phone call from the owner that the car had been wrecked called ultimate transport 123 right back 15 minutes later I told him to cancel the order now 2 weeks later they’re charging me for the order telling me it was in the contract they could charge me

The sales person Toby told me vehicle would be picked up within 48 hours, total lie to get the business, Toby told me they have their own company trucks to transport vehicles, total lie, brokerage company, they own a fax machine and telephone, vehicle was not picked up on time, many excuses why, had to pay additional money for delivery because of vehicle not picked up when told and delivered, we had to go to our final destination without vehicle.. Now I have to rent a vehicle until vehicle deliveries, Ultimate Transport does not give a **** about customers, I had to use another phone to finally get them to take my call and find out what was going on with vehicle pick up and delivery. I will not recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Do not do it this company will steal your car they lie to get as much info as they can and are very quick to try and get you to sign a bogus contract. Don’t do it! I was legit not even 24 hours in and was told I could cancel within that time frame finally after realizing it was a huge scam I called to cancel and they tried to get info on my vehicle even had a person that couldn’t give me the name or info of trying to get my vehicle after I told them no. Then they kept calling and sent threatening texts and emails to my phone and kept trying to hit my card

Horrible absolutely Horrible. They do not go over everything that you sign off with on your contract. Tried to cancel 2 months ahead of time because of family related issues and there trying to charge me 100.00 dollars the women I spoke to never ever said I would be charged 100.00 for cancelling. I tried calling and she would never get on the phone. Threating to our lien on my car and call DOT. Please be aware of this coming read there reviews first,

Salesperson was misleading, told me I’d get my car within a few days, after asking him what if it takes the full ten days as stated on contract , he replied no it won’t take that long only a few days bc it’s not easy to west coast shipping. Read the contract! They have 10 days from the window start date. Was told they found a driver on the second day after calling to get an update, but the driver had not confirmed. I had to cancel because it had been a week since my start pick up date. My original Salesperson sounded exactly like the guy (Who gave a different name) from accounting and billing. Hard pressed to believe that they actually ship cars, and don’t just rely on getting people to cancel and making a quick 100 dollars.

Beware

Awful company to do business beware. Not only has my credit card been overcharged. I was not made that payment was cash or cashiers check at delivery. I had to schedule two separate transports, this part of me overpaying was the least of my problems. Frist guy called to pick up the car was asking for us to give him a ride then he was wanting to tow my 1978 bronco inoperable with Amy 1999 Honda CR-V. I had to tell the driver absolutely not to touch the Bronco. Needless to say after two full days of giving directions and endless phone calls, he drove his tractor truck on the railroad tracks we warned him not to try and cross he got stuck. That’s when the harassing calls started. We got a new driver finally issued after another week. I thought great someone more professional. Well I work this gentleman began banging on the door at 1:30 am for a signature. Now let’s talk about the second car picked up. The driver drug our Vehicle with the parking brake in gaged tearing the yard up we had the vechile stored. When we left our Bronco the tires were not flat but when we received it. The Bronco was hanging off the back of the trailer and off of one side. We were lucky to get our vechiles. Any calls or complaints are sent out of the country to a call Center you will have an almost impossible time to talk to the person you sent everything up with. I wished I would have just ate the 100 dollar deposit and used an actually reputable company. Beware

On 5/19/21 I called to have a car transported from Alabama to Texas They said they will pu on 5/26/21 they keep telling me that the Driver has to sign the contract many many times I have talked to many many people at there company Rika -Rio -Anthony-Maria and others They never told me about a 72 hr window I have been leaving messages and texting to them they said they will call back never did They have the worst service I won’t have them pu a Hamburger at ** ******* They said you signed a contract and you have to pay it I told them that they broke the contract on not pu on time and I am not going to pay it On 6/1/21 they called me to pick it up the car i Told them I got some one else to pu the car They charged my credit card I called my bank and disputed the charges **** *

These people are the worst, nothing but con-men. They stole 250$ from me. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear until they get your deposit, then everything changes. Nothing but liars.
