Moving Proz exceeded my expectations! Sam and Jeremiah, pictured in our post-move selfie, provided exceptional service. They effortlessly handled moving a 500 lb treadmill and even offered to carry an item that they did not have to, down from my storage unit. Jack, whom I spoke with on the phone, was extremely helpful. Needing same-day service, Jack and the entire Moving Proz team were not only efficient but also organized throughout the entire process. Highly recommend using Moving Proz!!

We had a great moving experience with our crew from Moving Proz! Mateo, Tony, Gabe and all the guys were positive, helpful, patient and friendly. They took great care protecting our belongings and home. Moving isn’t fun but they made it a pleasant experience.

My second move with Moving Proz. Mike H. took care of moving all of the contents of my apartment into a U-Haul in under an hour. No damage to my property or the apartment. Quick, easy, professional, and reasonably priced. Would spend the money again without hesitation.

Richie, Devin, & Jesse helped me move all the heavy furniture from my mom’s apartment. It was easy and painless. They were a wonderful team and very professional. Thank you so much, Moving Proz!

I hired Moving Proz back in September 2023 to move me into a new apartment within the same building complex. They underestimated the cost of my move by almost 30% ($250). One of the movers was complaining of his back being out and took personal calls for a different side job, while he was on the clock. The other 2 movers were really competent. During the move, they damaged the walls of my old apartment, broke a wheel on my office chair and destroyed a mattress cover. We took pictures of all the damages and the movers informed their front office of the damages. They told me to send pictures to the office and it would be covered. I ordered new wheels and a mattress cover. My leasing office said they would not charge me for the damage to the walls, so I did not include that damage in my request for reimbursement from Moving Proz. The total damage claim came to about $78. That is when my experience became truly awful. It is January 2024 and I still have not received any reimbursement, despite several emails and a multiple hours on the phone with representatives. If you use this company, be sure to get added insurance for damages because they are only interested in getting your business, not keeping it.

These guys are fantastic! Best moving experience we have had; Mike and the mighty team that moved us made the entire process low stress, which is amazing when it comes to moving!

Based on what I told them needed to move, and where it was going, their estimation of the time it would take was PERFECT. Mike and Caleb were fast, efficient, careful and also happy and funny. I will absolutely call them again when we need a mover. Also, Mike and Caleb moved a piece we didn’t need (my husband’s mistake), then moved it back into our car. Which was rude of us to ask, frankly.

The entire process was so easy. Scheduling a virtual tour, walking through the process of move – everything. Jack made the process so much easier to begin with. And the moving crew did an amazing job helping us move. Kaleb, Shiv, Tony, Jose, and DJ were all great!!! They all were patient with us and especially with the kids and the kids made connection with all of them. It made moving a lot more easier. Thank you all!

Mike was so professional and his team did an amazing job!! They went to great length to make sure my furniture was handled with care. This is my second time using your service and it just keep improving! Thank you, Mike and team, for all of your hard work!
