Fantastic Company!! From getting a quote and scheduling our move to when the movers pulled away they were professional, helpful, efficient and friendly. Melysa and Shiri in the office were quick to answer questions and make necessary changes as we got closer to our move day. When the guys showed up in the trucks they quickly got to work and got all our stuff moved out efficiently and with care. Would highly recommend them.

After doing a little research to find a company to help relocate my office, I settled on 5 Star. We were in a unique situation as right up to the day of the move we weren’t entirely sure where we were moving to. The sales rep from 5-Star was very accommodating and wasn’t phased by how disorganized we were on our end. When moving day finally came, the drivers were on time, took great care with our stuff, and finished in the estimated and agreed upon time. I have no complaints and have now used and recommended them two more times with great result.

Josh and Caliphe were by far the best movers I’ve ever worked with, great communication and caring for my items.

5 Star helped me with a move today and they were/are excellent. The office staff was excellent getting things arranged and set up while I was still out of state. They had everything set up and their guys were early, very polite and they took awesome care of my belongings. They made a stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Managers responded quickly to changes and made certain to get all the details right of our complicated international move. Packers were thorough and careful with everything, made responsive adjustments to our requests, and good vibes all around. Really happy with 5 Star!

Excellent customer service from start to finish, and readily available for our short-notice move. The phone call just to get the quote was handled professionally and warmly. I called on a Thursday, needing movers for Monday. I was asked very specific questions and the agent (Aubra) was very helpful and patient in helping me figure out what we needed. Monday morning, the movers arrived soon after calling and handled things quickly and extremely professionally. We had a 3 man team and they were all very respectful and upbeat. Once at our new home, the team consulted with me before attempting to take (very large) furniture into certain (very small) areas. At my request, they attempted to move a large piece of furniture downstairs before realizing it wouldn’t fit. They showed me exactly where the problem was, and happily moved the piece back upstairs. They literally put their bodies on the line for the safety of my furniture and to make sure no walls/doorframes/etc. were damaged! I’ve never met a team who worked so hard and maintained such a positive attitude as these men. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Recently we at First General Services have had several packing and moving needs from small to large jobs. In every case we received excellent service. Multiple jobs were short notice where 5 Star owner Melysa and her team jumped right on it for us. I can’t say enough good things about them, but I can add that they are highly recommended by our team . We received multiple compliments from our clients regarding their services. 5 Star is our permanent go to moving service!

I kid you not, I had an awesome experience with 5 Star Moving. Customer Service was outstanding, professional, and organized. Their communication was right on point. The three gentlemen who came to my home were top notch!!! They were professional, even when taunted by another moving crew. They were focused and they just got it done. Magnificient!!!

The front office staff in both locations are prompt and kind – they have patiently answered all of our questions. The movers who packed us up were on-time and friendly. They explained what they were doing and they worked quickly and efficiently. We look forward to receiving our stuff when it is unpacked from storage!

This moving company has moved me or a family member several times locally and I have had excellent service each time. The movers listened to my instructions about delicate items, as I have pieces of furniture that are handmade or require special handling. The movers work hard and have a positive attitude while working.
