Enjoyed working with the crew. They took our stuff 2.5 hours North to move into a new Summer home. They handles everything without asking anything out of me. Worked efficiently and were easy to communicate with. Would use again for sure!

The movers were fantastic, very efficient, professional, and I was so pleased with them. Moved a two bedroom from a third floor with no elevator into a multi level house. They did the entire move without any damage to fragile items and made me very comfortable with handling my belongings. Highly recommended!

Working with DN Van Lines was fantastic. The crew was professional, communicative, and careful with everything. Would absolutely hire again for my next move.

We are writing to let you know how upset we are with the service that was provided to us on our move from Massachusetts to Texas.
I am detailing a list below of our concerns and issues with the move.

1) Contract & Communication.
When we had our items placed into storage in May 2021, it was communicated verbally by Liz Jones that the ‘quoted’ price to move them to Texas would be lower if the move was to take place in the fall or early winter. We did move in early fall and not only was it not lower but incredibly it doubled! Unfortunately, since we ‘trusted’ what was told to us, we did not sign the agreement to lock in the price. More amazingly, every time there was something for us to sign or pay, Liz sent E-mails or called. When our price went from $6,600 to $7,600 there was no communication at all! If there was, we would have happily signed the agreement and paid in advance to save $1,000! Also, the ‘terms’ of the payment for the move changed from 50% when picked up & 50% when delivered to 50% when picked up and 50% due ‘the day before the delivery was to be made’!

2) Delivery & Communication.
We requested on 9/10 that our delivery be made on Friday 9/24 instead of Monday 9/27 but were told on 9/13 that this change could not be made. I would have thought that over 2 weeks’ notice of a schedule change would have been plenty of time to accommodate our request but apparently not. When Monday 9/27 at 9:00 AM arrived, which was the ‘scheduled’ time for the truck to arrive, the ‘local movers’ were all here to start to unload but there was no sign of the truck and no word from DN Van Lines…we had to call to find out where the truck was. We were then told by Liz that she had no idea where the truck was and when it would arrive. This was not only not communicated to us, but was also not communicated to the ‘local movers’ who were just sitting and waiting. Needless to say, when the furniture ‘finally’ arrived 6 hours later at 3:00 PM, we were not informed that the truck was to arrive!

We are very unhappy with your services and cannot believe the total lack of communication that we were subjected to throughout this entire process. You were successful in making this a much more stressful situation than it needed to be.

The guys did an amazing job!!
It was a long day and they were very professional to the end.
We would definitely use DN Van Line Services again and recommend you all to our friends and family.

This was maybe our 4th move using DN Van lines they are truly the best movers in the Boston area. Always friendly, professional and careful. Great communication with Liz and Rachel, always on time. You can’t go wrong

DN Van Lines was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Cory kept in touch with me, providing an accurate estimate. They came in under estimate and way lower than any other company in the area! The movers were courteous and extremely efficient, handling my items with care. Would highly recommend!

This was our second move and it was superb!! Great customer service, great organization, Liz was very informative and right on top of everything!! Great packing and taking great care of all of our personal prized possessions!! The moving crew Mario, Martine, and Chris were also top of the line!! Would highly recommend this company!! We moved from Rhode Island to Florida with the greatest ease with this company!! It should get 8 stars!! It’s a little pricey but if you value your possessions and you want to know your items will get there when they said they would, and….. if you always want to be kept informed on everything involved with the move, This is the company for you!! You really do only get what you pay for!! I highly recommend this company to get you where you gotta go and with confidence your home is going with you in the same manner you take care of yourself!! The first move of one household to Florida via a moving company from Jensen Beach, Florida, was about half but the whole thing was a nightmare from the beginning to the very end!! Many items damaged! 3 weeks late on delivery, went to Florida to meet the movers there, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! THEY EVEN HAD THE GAUL TO TRY AND CHARGE US FOR THE EXTRA TIME THEY HAD OUR POSSESSIONS WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED!! Also after they loaded all our possessions onto the truck when they came and pick up our furniture and boxes they made us pay them $1200 cash as a tip!! This company didn’t do that. Of course we did tip the movers at this company, but it was at our discretion, and we weren’t held at ransom!!! So remember, you can pay me now or you can pay me later!! Have a safe journey!! Best choice I made was going with DN van lines. From start to finish they took care of all my questions and moving my stuff. My closing got moved and They adjusted on a 3 day notice to give me early morning availability. They were quick professional and very communicative. Would highly recommend them.

Based off of the stellar reviews I found and the advertisements I continuously hear about them being the best and taking care of customers, I thought we might use DN Van lines for our move. Needless to say, we will never be using them again! We chose them specifically to only move the couch and other larger furniture because we had packed literally everything else and they took their sweet time unpacking it all. We were being charged hourly so of course they delay how long the job would take. To top it off…my home was built in 1894 with original plaster nd lathe walls….now scratched and damaged. We are choosing to never use DN van lines again, buyer beware!
