Eagle Van Lines

My first review of this company was positive, however, after we recieved our household goods we found things packed so unprofessionally that we have opened an investigation through military channels. If I could give negative stars I would; do not use Eagle Van Lines for moving. See Pics: decorative flowers bent and shoved in box, Dents on top of washer/dryer, hangups thrown into a non-wardrobe box, $1000 ASU suit hung over metal spike decorations in wardrobe box, crushed boxes in truck. I have many more pics with broken and scratched furniture, ruined shoes, and just too much to list or upload. Absolutely ridiculous.

Eagle Van Lines provided my Non-Temporary Storage packout and delivery Some of the same crew that did my packout were there at delivery (it was an in-state move). We could not have been more pleased with their professionalism, quality work, and careful handling of our household goods. The crew was very respectful and responsive and we were highly impressed. This was my final move after a 25 year career and one of the best. The crew worked incredibly hard and didn’t protest when I asked them to unpack a number of boxes – in past moves the movers did their very best to avoid this despite the fact the government pays for that service. We felt very fortunate to have had Eagle conduct our move.

Kenny and Geffry and their California crew were fantastic to work with during the delivery of our long-term household goods. Professional and efficient. Our half-of-a-semi truck load was unloaded and all the furniture put back together in 5 hrs. Hats off to these gentlemen!

Building A is up a steep drive on the right. If you have a 53 ft trailer you’re probably going to building B at 4091… Much easier anyways, but call to find out before you arrive.

Very nice people to make a delivery to. Even with having to switch buildings it still only took an hour to unload. I’d deliver here again.

Not too far off exit 4 on the east belt. GPS or Google maps directions will get your truck in there without any weight or bridge issues.

Called the previous day, September 14th, to see if I needed an appointment to weigh my car and receive a weight ticket for my PCS move to Florida. The representative told me no and to just bring cash for the service of weighing the vehicle. Went physically to the location today, only for them to tell me that the scale is broken and has been all week! A complete waste of time and now searching for another location to weigh my vehicle.

Theresa and her team did a great job, took care of my belongings and my home in San Antonio. I truly felt like she cared about my stuff as if it were her own. She made sure the driver and her team took care of things.

Awful experience all around. Utilized as part of a PCS move. Destroyed our couch and tried to say it was damaged when they picked it up, failed to move our treadmill to its final location before leaving despite being asked twice. Multiple items were poorly packaged and broke; no logical thought process to packing. They wrapped my bullet proof helmet in 90 sheets of packing paper but barely wrapped our porcelain which of course broke. Failed to install the shipping bolts in our washer, despite being provided. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I certainly understand that things sometimes break during a move but a lot of the damage done to our stuff was clearly preventable. They needed to slow down and pay closer attention to what they are doing. Moving is already stress filled…they’ve made it worse.
