Easy Moving Company

This company stole all of our belongings, drained her bank account, and gave us bogus phone numbers and addresses. They are wanted by the FBI, FM CSA, and Attorney General. Urgent! Urgent! Do not use this company they are scam artists! They are now calling themselves JetBlue relocation services do not use these people they will steal your belongings and your money and leave you with nothing

I used them to move out of my apartment into my house. Low prices but terrible work. The head supervisor/driver was the slowest worker I’ve ever seen. He walked in circles, took smoke breaks, threw his trash on my floor and asked to stop at thr store while he was on the clock. Of my family wouldn’t have veen there to help us move they would have taken 9 hours for 2 bedroom and boxes already packed.

Horrible experience. 2 guys showed up, one was constantly on his phone and was stoned, was offered weed from a bystander and accepted it and stood around a lot. They also nickel and dime for everything. The quote we were given ended up being over twice as much and they didn’t even finish. Caught one of the guys sitting in the cab of the truck on his phone doing nothing. Broke a bunch of my items, though we were reimbursed for some things but ended up being a lot more broken/damaged than we knew about. Left a mess outside.

Movers were courteous and professional showing the extra effort and care in a very difficult move, in bad weather.

One star would be too many for this company. They “lost” a marble table top and Rhonda will not return calls or promises to call back and won’t do it. STAY AWAY from this company if you value your furniture.

While, I did find a few dings on a few things. It was nothing to report. They came here last minute when another moving company didn’t show up! They were quick and efficient. I will call them from now on but definitely agree to the free shrink wrapping.

The guys packed up my boxes neatly and quickly, and took good care of my things like they were their own. Our move went a lot smoother than I imagined mainly because Easy Moving company made it easy!

Why would anyone use these scammers is beyond me. They will STEAL from you. What you are lucky to get will be held hostage from you until you pay them for hidden fees. Their “contract” is literally a laundry list of ways for them to screw you and get away with it. DON’T SIGN IT and for the love of your property, don’t ever pay them in cash, no matter what their “movers” (and I use that term loosely) say.

How these crooks are still in business is an indictment of our free market economy.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL scheduled to have my furniture picked up and delivered from 3-5 they call me and say they are running behind and would be closer to 6-7 when they got there to pick up the furniture…she calls me at 7:10 saying they will be on their way in 30-40 min…an hr goes by and I call to see if they are on their way yet. She said no I told her to just cancel it and she hung up in my face. Will never contact them again.
