I have damages upon receipt of my car, I have a dodge grand caravan, so they must have put it on the lower level, that explained the antenna being bent, the roof rack broken.. I questioned the delivery guy about the scratches he said it was already there?? My car is brand new, purchased in June 2020 and I used it until August.. I have the receipt and the photos indicating the roof rack being damaged during transportation. I have contacted Fidelity Auto Shipping who refer me to their partner with the insurance certificate that is no longer valid. Their partner refused to help and refer me to my own insurance. They ghosted me since then.. I’m taking this to better business bureau because they are throwing the ball. Be prepared to repair your own car if you have damages. I paid 1700$ to Fidelity Auto Shipping to ship from Montreal to West Palm Beach and the replacement of the roof rack is 518usd, the antenna is 56 usd the painting is 500usd and the labor is 175usd per hour and Fidelity Auto Shipping refuse to repair my car and sent me to the insurance of the driver that has expired.

I even opened a case and I have proofs.
When you gave me the insurance paper I even called the number on the insurance paper work on the 5th of January and they said it’s expired years ago..

I have called several times and I waited a month to write to you because it’s not possible to fix the problem by phone, one of your agent said Kim was supposed to take care of the claim. You definitely deserve a bad review and I will never do business with your company in the future! Stop running away from your responsibilities. The way you fix damages for your clients is very unprofessional. You promise to take care of the claim and made me wait and now you are blaming me to take too long to contact you? Stop with your lies and excuses! I saw the reviews and I am not the first victim. Suddenly today I received information about another client, that shows how messed up your company is.
