Odalys plainly misrepresented fee schedule after confirming fees were total cost. Eddie ops mgr leaves one VM and will not answer phone after days of calling him back. Look elsewhere. You can do better.

Contacted Multiple companies To bring My Vehicle back from Canada to US. Some of them said after boarder restriction is over some said 4 weeks. And some asked me million questions. Gave up hope but Googled again and find Fidelity and requested them a quote. Next Day Got a call from Odalys who was extremely knowledgable and knew what she is doing. She sent me paper work and and singed up within 10 min of talking with her.Next step Was Kim who handled my transfer and requested Documents and helped me fill some forms.She picks the phone on first ring. I requested a quote last thursday and guess what I have My truck Delivered Today In One week at door step. Delivery Guys were very professional. There might be companies offering a cheaper quote but I would not waste time in emails and questions. Instead take Fidelity help and they will get Job Done.

Fidelity not only puts you at ease with handling all of the filing and paperwork from Michigan to Canada but they kept me updated along the way.

I really appreciate Barb and Kim’s help and explaining every detail to importing my vehicle. Would hire them again without a doubt! Give these girls a raise.

May 2018 was my first experience of shipping a vehicle. Fidelity was very professional dealing with a nervous 1st timer. My driver was AWESOME. His pickup was on time and the delivery was faster than I anticipated. I’m planning on using Fidelity for my return across country.

This company is a complete scam, DO NOT give them your money. I was quoted a great price to move my truck across the US ($1,000). However, they never came to pick up my truck, they kept leaving templated emails saying they’re looking for a carrier, etc. This went on for WEEKS past the scheduled delivery date. Mind you I was already in my new home state, no truck and no actual correspondence from the company. I canceled their services and went with another shipping company that was able to come out the next day and ship my truck! Stay away from this scam of a company.

Fidelity Auto Shipping was great to work with. They kept us informed each step of the way. Our trophy truck made it to us earlier than expected from Canada.

I Had very bad experience with this company, they will promise you that they will pick up the vehicle by the time you want. but trust me they never gonna do it. if you pay the money they will say its refundable if you cancel the order, but they are not even gonna return you half of the money you paid if you cancel the order. better stay away from this people. i moved from phoenix to tennessee they didn’t keep their word on pick up the vehicle on time, even they didn’t even respond after i paid money, finally i had to book with a different movers . this is the worst liars i have ever come through my life, i lost my money …i hope i can save some ones else money with this comment.

I have damages upon receipt of my car, I have a dodge grand caravan, so they must have put it on the lower level, that explained the antenna being bent, the roof rack broken.. I questioned the delivery guy about the scratches he said it was already there?? My car is brand new, purchased in June 2020 and I used it until August.. I have the receipt and the photos indicating the roof rack being damaged during transportation. I have contacted Fidelity Auto Shipping who refer me to their partner with the insurance certificate that is no longer valid. Their partner refused to help and refer me to my own insurance. They ghosted me since then.. I’m taking this to better business bureau because they are throwing the ball. Be prepared to repair your own car if you have damages. I paid 1700$ to Fidelity Auto Shipping to ship from Montreal to West Palm Beach and the replacement of the roof rack is 518usd, the antenna is 56 usd the painting is 500usd and the labor is 175usd per hour and Fidelity Auto Shipping refuse to repair my car and sent me to the insurance of the driver that has expired.

Reply to Fidelity autoshipping: The car was delivered a few days late because the carrier didn’t have drivers.. I have called you immediately I have the proof the phone records several time since I received my car on the 28 of December 2020. It’s either you will phone me back or the voice mail. The 5th of January was not the first time that I tried to reach out to you.. one of your agent even told me to contact my own insurance company and that’s what I did. I even opened a case and I have proofs.
When you gave me the insurance paper I even called the number on the insurance paper work on the 5th of January and they said it’s expired years ago..

I immediately phone you right back, and I left several messages. I didn’t wait a month to contact you. I have called several times and I waited a month to write to you because it’s not possible to fix the problem by phone, one of your agent said Kim was supposed to take care of the claim. You definitely deserve a bad review and I will never do business with your company in the future! Stop running away from your responsibilities. The way you fix damages for your clients is very unprofessional. You promise to take care of the claim and made me wait and now you are blaming me to take too long to contact you? Stop with your lies and excuses! I saw the reviews and I am not the first victim. Suddenly today I received information about another client, that shows how messed up your company is.
