Montway Auto Transport

Montway is a broker, not a trucking company. They quote a price, then find a trucker to do the transport. I paid the deposit up front, then the balance to the driver when the vehicle arrived. The only “glitch” was that the trucker wanted a check and not cash, which Montway said they would. But this was a “feature” of the particular trucking company and not a big deal. Montway was not the cheapest, but I suspect the other lower quotes would have changed and/or come with undesirable issues. I would recommend Montway.

I am going to be completely honest, I was skeptical to ship my car from New York to Atlanta. I started my research on TikTok and when I tell you my experience was great from the beginning to the end. For one, I received constant communication from the Montway representatives. At one point I was stressed and nervous that I would not get a dispatcher in time to leave for my move, but just as they promised the dispatcher was assigned and arrived on time to pick up my vehicle. He communicated with me from pick up to ETA in which he did arrive on time as promised. I am very satisfied now that I received my car in one piece. I would recommend Montway to anyone in need of professional and affordable shipping services.

I checked out a few different auto transport companies and from the moment I spoke with a rep at Montway, I just felt this company was legit. Everything went smoothly, according to plan and they have a good system of communication at each step along the way. I was pleased that as an added bonus, they turned out to be the least expensive option, with no added costs or hidden fees. I also like that they provide you with some helpful info on what to do when shipping a vehicle. I give them 5 stars!

Had a good experience using them the first time, second experience was so-so. First trip; car was picked up on time and delivered on time. No issues.
Second trip; car was picked up on time, but driver didn’t want to deliver to my address and was trying to just deliver at the closest exit on the interstate to my house. After telling him my agreement through the broker was door-to-door, he must have contacted them and Montway said they would charge for storage/additional transport if the car couldn’t be delivered. Just didn’t feel like Montway was on my side when dealing with the driver, which is disappointing. Probably would use them again, but don’t plan on shipping another car anytime soon.

They delivered my vehicle successfully, but I later misplaced my bill of Lading. I called 3 separate times.

They wouldn’t give me a copy without the confirmation number that had already been deleted in an email even though I had all other information. Each time they said they would have a supervisor call me and no one ended up calling.

Picked up within 48 hours and delivered next day. Rate was 50 percent better than autotrader rate driver delivered right to our driveway others wanted to deliver 30 miles away at a rest stop on a major highway for a higher price. Not my first car shipment but was the best

Pickup went smoothly and coordinated well with my pickup person. The delivery took place three days later. Very efficient. The communication was good about where to meet for pickup. And most importantly the car was in good shape after the transport and the transactions were easy. Well done.

This company was the only one I felt comfortable with to transport my F-150 Super Crew cab from Michigan to Connecticut safely ! Was the 1st on , last off. The driver Manno was in contact to give me updates on the journey !
I highly recommend these people as the transported a vehicle for my fiancé in the past.

So great. Everything went smoothly and safely. The car was picked up exactly at the time given (just a day before our departure from the city we were staying so we had the convenience of having it almost to the last minute) and was delivered two days later at our destination – a fast travel. My car was picked up and delivered based on the schedule that they provided me.

I was charged the same amount that I was supposed to pay.

My car was delivered without any damages.
