Thank you for great job.

We recently stored 7 vaults of furniture and boxes. They did a great job packing and keeping the staff safe. Ronario was the one who greeted us and helped with loading those 7 vaults. Thank you for great job. Definitely recommend the business

No reflection on the movers.

Movers were awesome. Arrived on time did a thorough job . Only issue is I was overcharged . They billed me 5.4 hours and the job was 4.5 hours. Dispatcher was rude. Called back the company to inform of the overcharged. Was told customer service would call me. I asked for customers service number and Joshua said he didn’t have it. Also hidden fees were not mentioned. Long story short I was ripped off. No reflection on the movers.

I don’t recommend this company!

While I was happy with the movers who came and moved my stuff to a storage unit at their location in Oakland in Aug 2022, I’m very disappointed with the storage unit. I rented a vault from Aug 2022 to June 2023 to store all my belongings. When I came to empty the vault in June 2023, my vault was full of mice droppings, some of my stuff were damaged by mice who definitely lived in the vault (including my mattress on which I found a LIVING mouse on the day I emptied the vault!) and had to be thrown away. I had to do a deep cleaning of the rest and my departure from the storage in Oakland was delayed because of that. I’ve been in conversation with them to obtain damages and the offer received is ridiculously low compared to the property and emotional damages I received. This is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this company!

fantastic job!

I was seeking for a firm to assist me in moving my business when I phoned them. He was really kind and helpful the first time I spoke with the customer support professional. He went above and above to provide for my every need. He even scheduled a time for me to arrive so they could determine my needs. The movers arrived on schedule, were courteous, and performed a fantastic job!

I begg everyone to never to pay this company

I use to work for them I know the gimmicks . They get you to sign a contract with then regarding the minimum hours provided knowing theat it’s going to take them much more time to do the job . Then they do , they make us take a hour long break charge you for it and they also have you pay them first or we lock the truck and keep all your stuff if you can’t afford the hours. It’s messed up . I begg everyone to never to pay this company

I do not recommend them.

We hired Central Movers to deliver and pick up a set for an event. They were 90 minutes late and missed the event. I’ve called them several times to discuss the charges as we are long-time customers. They have promised to call back and never have. It’s very disappointing, as we have spent more than $10,000 with them over the last year. I do not recommend them.

Before I booked these guys I spoke with someone and he gave me all the information I needed to know. I had written everything down. Hiw much it would cost me if we were to pay by cash or credit card. How much the truck fees were, how much it would cost me if the hired workers worked over their minimum hours which in my case 3 hours. I said okay agreed with what he told me and so I hired them. Now when the job was done I get a call from their boss and he’s giving the total cost. And he then says that I owe them over $1000.00 and that the deposit of $250. That I put down was already counted in yhe total cost. He said they started working from the time they left theit office in oakland and the time it took them to get to my place in milpitas and then they have the turn around time for them to get back to the office from where I moved to. From oakland to milpitas they said is an hour plus the another hour for them to go back to the office. So that already 2 hours time. already on the clock for the workers. Now for me to meet my agreement that I had with the other person.min. 3 hours work time. So 1 hour of actual work plus they had to work 2 additional hours that cost me $160/each worker each additional hour worked. So since they worked an additional 2 hours which they claimed to have is a total of $320. /each worker which came to a breakdown of 160each hour worked = 5 hours/each =$800 for 2 workers. Now the fumbles said I needed to pay the truck and gas fees which I was already told was included in the price quote given to me truck rental $50 gas price was $135. Now I want to be clear before I hired these guys I was never told that they would charge me for for their start time from leaving their office and until they get to my place. So first of all if you can record all conversations with these scumbags. Or just write Doan all information from yourinitial conversation and repeat it back to them. If you have to take them to court you have your proof of document in which it was repeated to them and that they also agreed to what was repeated to them. DONT HIRE THIS COMOANY AT ALL. The workers will take their sweet time and milk every penny out of you. And then thier boss will up some more charges that you were not aware of but o ky find out later when it’s all said and done.

again next time we move!

They worked quickly and efficiently, helped our office manager unpack everything as quickly as possible, and even helped us put our office back together again after they left. We were really pleased with how professional they were. We will definitely be using them again next time we move!
