Company Info

Your moving experience doesn’t have to be a headache. At Quality Services Moving, we understand the challenges and anxieties associated with relocation. That’s why we’ve built a reputation for providing stress-free moving experiences tailored to your individual needs.

Quality Services Moving was established in 1995 in a small apartment. Founder and Owner Ed Graves rented his first truck and got to work, moving people throughout the DMV region. Over the years, he continued to reinvest in the company, bringing a hands-on spirit even as his business grew. We’ve come a long way! Today, Quality Services Moving owns dozens of vehicles, employs more than 100 workers, and is equipped with over 100,000 square feet of secure warehouse space. Although the company has grown exponentially, Ed’s can-do attitude, commitment to customer satisfaction, and personal accountability has never waned, and it serves as a model for the entire team.

We are veteran-owned and carry out many military and government moves. This background and culture mean that we uphold the highest standards of dedication, discipline, and accountability. We’ve moved people in high-profile leadership positions, providing custom and specialty services with the utmost discretion. Our attention to detail and concern for quality is brought to every job, and we understand how to facilitate the most basic to the most complex moves.

Quality Services Moving is part of a variety of industry associations and has won many awards including the Inc. 5000, AMSA Independent Mover of the Year, Certified ProMover, “Exceptional” Rating from the U.S. Department of State, and Largest Veteran-Owned Moving Company in DC. We value our community and emphasize giving back. Some examples of our recent charitable work include Toys for Tots, Wreaths for America, Habitat for Humanity, Dulles Day Plane Pull, and other veteran initiatives.
