Today I had the absolute pleasure of moving with Nick and Norman. Not only are they kind but they are extremely respectful – both of your property and items. They take extreme measures to ensure that every last piece of furniture safely arrives to it’s destination. I couldn’t believe how hard these guys work!!! Couldn’t be happier with my choice of movers and with the service they provided.

Rockstar Pro Movers are amazing!! They completely cleared my studio and moved all my belongings to a one bedroom with ease. They’re very responsive and manage everything with ease. They packed all my furniture neatly and reassembled everything — very little effort on my part was required for this entire process. Before the movers actually came, the Rockstar team was very responsive ensuring and verifying that the movers were going to arrive at the designated time slot. Everything was super transparent and very communicative!

Great day! Tim and his crew worked hard and got our stuff moved without a hitch. Loved that I could pay with Zelle! They had creative solutions to some of my weird items. I felt I was in good hands!

We hired this company to move us out of our home and hold our stuff in storage until our new home was ready to move in. They sent over an estimator who took pictures of every room and the items that needed to be moved and stored. We were assured that our furniture would be wrapped and protected while they held it in storage. The estimator told us they would need an additional truck to load out everything all at once and we would be charged extra for the second truck and drive time. On the scheduled moving day, they showed up with two small moving trucks and six movers. Most of our stuff was boxed and staged in the garage. They loaded the boxes relatively quickly with dollies, then disassembled and wrapped up our furniture in about 5 hours. Months later, when our new home was ready, we scheduled to move our stuff back in. On the scheduled moving day, no one showed up. We had to call Rockstar Pro Movers several times to determine why the moving trucks didn’t show. We were told they couldn’t get access to their warehouse where our property was being stored and they would have to reschedule the move. We couldn’t understand how that could be possible but reluctantly rescheduled. A few days later, a different moving company showed up driving trucks with Prof Moving & Storage on the side of them. We asked them to put all the boxes for each bedroom in that room and the rest of the boxes could be placed in the garage. Moreover, we asked them to move in and assemble all the furniture in each room. As the trucks were progressively being unloaded, we started to notice that we were missing some furniture pieces and it seemed like not all our boxes had arrived. We also noticed some of the furniture had been seriously damaged. When we called Rockstar Pro Movers to find out where the rest of our stuff was we got transferred to voice-mailboxes that were full and talked to representatives that promised to call us back and never did. Eventually, Rockstar Pro Movers admitted that they lost a pallet of our stuff in the warehouse because it wasn’t labeled. After paying good money to have our property moved twice, and paying an expensive monthly storage charge to keep our property safe, we feel like our things were treated with little respect. Furthermore, Rockstar Pro Movers never found all of our property and we regret hiring this very unprofessional business. Now, we are forced to file insurance claims for our damaged and missing items. Don’t book with this company.

Y’all! I have moved 12 times over the past decade… I have hired a lot of movers. Rockstar movers were the absolutely BEST I’ve ever used. Seriously- they took so much care into packing and wrapping all of our items for our cross country move. I am incredibly grateful for jack and his team- would highly recommend!!

The team that helped us, Nick I believe, were incredible. They were prompt, efficient, careful, quick and cordial. I am so happy with this company. All fees were discussed through email, in person the day off, and described again before payment was taken. There was nothing hidden or surprising. We would absolutely use them again. No damage to anything in the house or to the furniture, as everything was wrapped with care.

We were so thrilled with the service provided by Nick and Abdulla from Rockstar Pro Movers. To start, we really appreciated that they came early and waited in their truck until just about fifteen minutes before start time. That alone was a huge deal, since movers are sometimes late to arrive, and we worried that things would not get done on time. Not only did they come and wrap all of our items that they transported, but they were careful and efficient in moving all the furniture downstairs from our apartment to their truck which was parked outside. (My husband was especially impressed that they wrapped everything, since that was a perk we didn’t even know was included!) The price was much more reasonable than any others we were able to find online, as well. We did have many large items to move today – a heavy wooden dining table, a bed, various shelves, a treadmill, etc. – and they were both very careful not to knock the furniture against doorways and walls. I also had a keyboard with one leg off kilter that I wanted handled very carefully, as it belonged to my mother before she passed, and they also taped up that broken leg before moving it. Both were also very calm and quiet during the moving process, which made it less disturbing overall for the apartment neighbors, too. Very efficient and pleasant moving experience with Nick and Abdulla today! We will definitely keep them in mind if we ever need to move again, and would also wholeheartedly recommend them to any friends who need movers, as well. Many thanks to both of you!!

We just had an AMAZING experience with Nick’s crew at Rockstar Pro Movers! Two trucks with six guys that had to hit three stops and deal with stairs. They worked hard the whole time to knock it out for us quickly so that we could enjoy the rest of our Sunday. They were friendly and professional and followed the very specific instructions so that we were able to stay completely organized and hustled to get it all done. Thanks guys! You Rock!
