Whoa, can I just say how AMAZED & Pleasantly surprised I am at SGT Auto Transport! This is my first time shipping a vehicle anywhere so I was extremely apprehensive—is it legit? Can I trust them? Is this going to cost me an arm and a leg? These, and more, were the types of questions that flooded my brain. However, from the very first phone call my anxiety was quelled. The process was almost perfectly seamless (I only say “almost” b/c we did have an unforeseen issue arise with one of my motorcycles but that is/was not an SGT Auto issue). They picked up my 1988 Harley Davidson Sportster on a Tuesday and delivered it on an enclosed truck the VERY next day! My bike is safe and sound in my garage and I owe my peace of mind to SGT Auto Transport—thank you guys so much for living up to [and exceeding) my expectations. You all are great at what you do, each of you from the customer intake line, the delivery drivers, and Dispatch. A MILLION Five-star ratings!!! (And no, it did not cost me an arm or a leg. As a matter of fact, they priced out better than their competitors 😎)

I was amazed how quickly they were able to process my shipment, contacted them on Sunday and they were ready to pick up my vehicle on Monday – then to my surprise were able to get it to its destination the following day. Communication from headquarters was top notch, they texted me throughout the process to keep my in the loop. Driver was very professional and courteous. They were great! First of all they were very responsive in getting me a shipper to transport my vehicle from Seattle to San Diego. They had someone available the next day… then he showed up on time and delivered it early. The price was also very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

They picked my 2 motorcycles up on a Friday. One was a 1969 BMW the driver was great loading the bikes and making sure my Beemer was safe. They did the 1,200 mile drive and delivered them on Monday. Great job I’m using them again to ship my car.
