Ultimate Transport123 touts themselves as “one of the top-rated transport companies.” They also advertise how they will “guarantee a fixed price” for transport of your vehicle. You pay a little more, but they say, “it’s worth the peace of mind.” NOTHING could be further from the truth! This company is nothing short of classic bait & switch scam! I was contacted by one of their agents, named Patrick who sold me on how “professional” and “customer oriented” his company was. He also made a BIG DEAL about how the “price quoted would be my FINAL PRICE no matter what.” He said, “this is what sets Ultimate Transport123 apart from every other transport company. He said how “all agents who work for this family-owned business take pride in being responsive to their customers throughout the entire process.” Again, complete LIES! Once this agent got my credit card and got me off the phone, it was the last I heard from him. I called and texted him at least six times trying to get status on my order. Crickets! No response. Nothing! It was like he vanished into thin air! I finally got through to this company’s “customer service” department and was able to inquire about my order. I was told, and I’m not making this up, “if you want to see your truck this week, we will have to charge you $50 more than what we quoted you.” REALLY?? I did not balk or complain because my moving company was about to arrive and start loading up my household and I needed my vehicle transported. So they knew I was desperate and they took advantage of me after they originally sold me on how their quote would be the “final guaranteed price.” SCAMMERS! I advise anyone reading this review to steer clear of Ultimate Transport123. Any other transport company will surely server you more honestly although, “honesty” in this industry I’ve come to find out is a four-letter word! Good luck! Update: Late at night – same day: Patrick, the agent who sold me on this company called me. Said that “my electronic signature on my ******** **** was not acceptable.” Wanted me to re-do it. So now that this guy needs something from ME, he’s suddenly available! Right! The carrier finally arrived around 9:15PM. Was supposed to arrive at 7PM. Got my truck on the carrier finally. So when I got home I went online to re-sign my contract as requested and come to find out that for some unknown reason, the total price dropped back down to the originally quoted amount. Then I tried to login into my Ultimate Transport123 truck tracking portal and this application simply did not work. I called customer services to find out why, (another 20 minute hold time) and they said, “we’ll report the problem to I.T. This company is in chaos. They don’t respond to their customer requests. They don’t share information so that every time you call you have to educate the person on the other end. This has been a very bad experience from the get go. Avoid this company if you value your sanity! 2nd Update: After telling Patrick at Ultimate Transport123 that my truck COULD NOT be delivery until Thursday, March 25th, what does his carrier do? He calls us at 6AM on the morning of Wednesday, March 24th and says, I’m delivering your truck this morning. Of course, we are OUT OF TOWN, which is WHY we told Patrick to NOT DELIVER our truck until the next day! And they call themselves a “customer service organization that LISTENS to what their customers’ need are! What JOKE! So we had to rush home from Pennsylvania to meet the carrier later that same day. IDIOTS! Steer clear of Ultimate Transport123 because once they got your credit card, they do whatever they want regardless of your instructions!
