They held true to their word and I did not have to wait 5 hours after my appointment time, unlike the original company I booked. I was not only able to get next day service, they got to me earlier than scheduled. I would use Zephyr Moving Company again.

These guys have moved our belongings twice now. They show up on time, work hard, respect your items and have fun while doing it with ZERO damage to house or belongings. After a DISASTROUS moving experience with Coleman Allied, we were so delighted to use this company for our subsequent move needs.

Prompt, friendly and professional service. 3 guys and a large sized box truck. Moved a 5 bedroom house in 2 hours on one trip. I highly recommend calling these guys if you need help moving.

We hired Mr. Potts and his crew after receiving a great bid and recommendations from friends who had used their company. We paid our deposit, but then our credit card was charged four extra times for a total overage of almost $20, 000 before any services even began. We contacted Mr. Potts to rectify the charges but he didn’t reverse the charges as he stated that he would. When the crew came to pack they didn’t have the needed materials or crew members. It took two days longer than originally quoted. We were very understanding and flexible. Finally our items arrived at our new location very, very late and they unpacked until midnight. So many items were broken and damaged. Many of these were noted by the foreman. Due to the credit card charges, we were forced to dispute the charges. We have, on multiple occasions, requested payment for damages and have not been able to recover those. Our move was in July 2018. DO NOT USE THIS SHADY SUBPAR MOVING COMPANY.

We used Zephyr Moving in 2016 for a move from Dacula to Loganville, GA. Michael Potts was courteous and trustworthy. He quoted our move – which was very affordable. The crew arrived on time and work throughout the day into the evening. We had a very large outdoor kitchen which the guys worked together to put on the truck without causing damage to it. We were very impressed and happy with Zephyr, so much we’re moving to Florida and are having them quote this move as well. I strongly recommend Zephyr Moving & Storage.
