I’m livid and disappointed in our experience moving from Tennessee to Texas.

We have not received our items and they “can’t get in touch with dispatch.” I’ve begged for an address to come pick my items up and they refuse to give it to me. I was promised for 72 hours that they’d get the forms right over to me and they don’t. I’m just trying to get my property back and information is intentionally withheld.

Prices and timelines changed several times between the initial booking and today (some my changes in items being moved, but most seems to be horrific lack of communication between brokers, subcontracted companies, and people in India not understanding and just reading a script).

The mover that showed up to pick up our items arrived in pajamas and slippers with no help. We had to load more than half of our stuff ourselves. Then our price went up thousands. The truck was fully loaded with stuff going to Texas with ours and they diverted it to Georgia and can’t seem to find our stuff after that.

No one answers calls or emails. I have to reach out for updates. Filing for an investigation into this scam company first thing Monday
